To proceed with your application and to supply you with an insurance quote, please be advised that we get information from credit bureaus, and qualifying data providers.

I have the right to share personal data as supplied for on this application (including that of minors) to obtain an insurance quotation and the administration of insurance products. I hereby give Absa Life Assurance Kenya consent to process the data purposes of the product/service being applied for which may include storage and processing outside Kenya.

I confirm all information & documentation to be provided under this insurance application is accurate & truthful as this will have an impact on the processing of insurance quotes, premiums, claims & product renewals.
